Our base for the first 2 courses was in Guangzhou, where we had help from local organizer Hailing (Seal) Chen and support from Piebo (Bob) Cheng, and Helen Wang.<\/p>\n<p>The first trip was a great success, marked by enthusiastic students, lots of sightseeing, and unforgettable Cantonese cuisine.
