Crossover evaluation<\/h5>\n

Freedivers who have trained another agency can transition to the AIDA Education system. Your instructor will conduct crossover sessions for each student interested in progressing to the next level, ensuring they meet the requirements for the desired AIDA course. The AIDA crossover evaluation assesses the freediver’s skills in both in-water performance and theoretical knowledge, while also providing an opportunity to refresh their abilities before starting the next level course. This evaluation lasts at least one full day and covers all skills required for the previous level.<\/p>\n

The AIDA Youth program introduces children and teenagers to freediving through a safe, fun, and age-appropriate learning experience. Designed for young participants aged 6 to 15, the program focuses on building confidence in the water, developing essential aquatic skills, and promoting safe diving practices.<\/span><\/p>\n

For children aged 6 to 11, the programme offers three progressive levels: Bronze Dolphin, Silver Dolphin, and Gold Dolphin. Adolescents aged 12 to 15 can continue their journey with the AIDA Junior Freediver course, which provides a more comprehensive introduction to freediving techniques and safety.<\/span><\/p>\n

Every course also includes dedicated guidance for parents, offering practical information on safe post-course supervision and helping families support their children’s continued enjoyment of the water.<\/span><\/p>\n
