Throughout the winter and spring, Aruna trained and coached at the Only One Apnea Center, focusing on both pool and depth disciplines. Her schedule was intensive—several hours a day, five days a week—designed to prepare her for the competitive season while maintaining her performance as an athlete and strengthening her role as a safety diver.
Aruna has since served as a performance safety diver at multiple competitions, including the AIDA Pool World Championships in Wakayama, Japan, where she also took on the role of Safety Manager, and will be safety for the AIDA Depth World Championships in Limassol, Cyprus later this year.
