Immersion Freediving, in collaboration with DPer Freediving, successfully hosted our 17th AIDA Junior Judge Course together, covering both pool and depth disciplines. This edition marked an exciting milestone as it was the first Judge Course held at DPer Freediving’s brand-new training center in Oslob, Philippines.
Perfectly situated on the beachfront and just steps away from the famous whale shark interaction area, DPer Oslob provided an exceptional setting for the course. Each day began and ended with spectacular coastal views, while participants were treated to unforgettable encounters with whale sharks, sea turtles, and other marine life during sunrise, daytime, and sunset sessions.
The course brought together an enthusiastic group of students and was blessed with excellent sea conditions throughout the training. Beyond the classroom and water sessions, participants also enjoyed the warm hospitality and memorable Korean-Filipino cuisine that has become a hallmark of DPer Oslob. As always, the event was impeccably organized by Bongjae Kim, founder of DPer Freediving, whose dedication ensured a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
We extend our sincere thanks to DPer Freediving Oslob for their outstanding partnership and hospitality. We are already looking forward to returning to Oslob and collaborating once again later this year for another successful AIDA Judge Course.
